This afternoon we did a trek through the jungle to find monkeys

We saw a howler monkey high up in the trees, but no capuchin.

We also saw this one – known as Clyde

We had to record what the monkey was doing and the temp and humidity – 30.5oc and 100% humidity 🥵 in Clydes case he was doing nothing!

We had to wear long trousers, long sleeved shirt to avoid being bitten by mosquitos and wear wellies because it was muddy and in case of snakes and ants !

It’s certainly not a nice stroll – quite a hazardous trek through mud and rough terrain, but good in other ways 😔😏
